It was held in a space of 25 thousand square meters. Also, at the 20th IRANTEX, the pavilion of India and China was held for the first time.
The 22nd IRANTEX Exhibition was held under the supervision of the Iranian Textile Industry Association. About 340 domestic and foreign companies from the Islamic Republic of Iran and 15 foreign countries, presented and exhibited the latest products, services, and achievements of this industry. Of these; 140 companies were domestic and 200 foreign companies were from the countries of France, Austria, Belgium, England, Thailand, South Korea, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Japan, India, Pakistan, China, Taiwan, and Germany. In the 22nd International Exhibition of Iranian Textile Industry, India, China, and Turkey participated as pavilions. This exhibition was held in a space of more than 25 thousand square meters and the western halls complex as well as the open space of the permanent place of international exhibitions in Tehran and in this exhibition, all kinds of related equipment, industries, and services including textile machinery, parts, sewing machines, embroidery machines, and sewing and cutting, all kinds of home textiles, fabric, clothing, all kinds of yarn, fibers, dyes, cooperative materials and all kinds of raw materials for textile industries, all kinds of yarn and textile raw materials, consulting and engineering services, home textiles including blankets, rumbly fabric and Curtains, bedspreads, sheets and pillowcases, shutters, accessories and parts, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet services, all kinds of clothes (women's, men's and children's) and all kinds of fabrics for clothing production were presented and exhibited.
The 25th Tehran International Exhibition of Machines, Raw Materials, Home Textiles, Embroidery Machines and Textile Products and Clothing Exhibition was opened with the presence of the Director General of the Bureau of Textile and Clothing Industries of the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Trade. The 25th International Exhibition of Textile Industry was held at Tehran International Exhibition Center and 160 domestic companies and 75 foreign companies from Italy, Belgium, Turkey, China, India, Spain, Ukraine, and Australia were present.
The 26th period of IRANTEX was held at Tehran International Exhibition Center with the presence of domestic and foreign companies active in the field of textile machinery, raw materials, home textiles, embroidery, and home textiles.

The history of textile production in Iran dates back to the 10th millennium BC, and many Iranian producers are rightly known as masterpieces in this field. The first European-style textile industry factories were established in Iran in the 1850s, where modern technologies were used. The textile industry in Iran consists of companies and factories in the fields of spinning, weaving, dyeing, and printing, and factories that process threads from natural and synthetic fibers to produce all kinds of woven fabrics. Tehran’s permanent exhibition center is located in the north of Tehran, on the Chamran highway, which is accessible from all highways. The total area of the exhibition is about 850,000 square meters, of which 120,000 square meters are specified for indoor space and 35,000 square meters are specified for exhibition space. The exhibition center has about 22 hectares of green space that have created a pleasant environment for participants and visitors and about 21 hectares of access roads to the halls and grounds.
